Project description

This brownfield retrofit project focused on transforming raw laser scan point cloud data into a highly accurate, parametric LOD 400 Revit BIM model for an industrial pump room facility. The scope included extracting exact geometries for complex mechanical piping, inline valves, flanges, pumps, and structural supports. The delivered model resolved critical spatial mismatches, verified structural clearances, and provided a clash-free baseline for facility management, equipment replacement, and future utility routing packages.
